Commercial Property Surveyors is an independent company that offers personalised expert advice on a broad range of commercial property matters nationwide. They have adopted a simple customer-focused ethos – get the right result for the client as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

The icon represents a property with the bottom of the "P" representing a doorway. I wanted their clients to look at the logo knowing it's something to do with properties. 

The icon also doubles as an arrow to signify leading their client in getting the best possible results.
